At least 20 people have died in a plane crash in South Sudan. Only one person survived, said the information minister of the northern state of Unity, Gatwech Bipal Both. The plane crashed near oil fields shortly after taking off on a routine flight to transport workers to the capital Juba.
"There were 21 people on board. At the moment there is only one survivor," the minister said. The survivor, a South Sudanese engineer who works for an oil company, was rushed to Bentiu hospital.
