Donald Trump is firing Justice Department officials who worked on cases against him and prosecuted him, CNN reports, citing a White House memo, which explains that the removed officials cannot be trusted to advance the president's agenda.
The ousted officials worked with former special counsel Jack Smith on the Mar-a-Lago case and the president's attempt to overturn the 2020 election.
