Tom Holland's father, Dominic Holland, recently shared exclusive details about his son's engagement to Zendaya, shedding light on the intimate proposal.
In a post on Patreon, Dominic confirmed that Tom had carefully planned the proposal and had even gained permission from Zendaya's father before popping the question. "He had purchased a ring, spoken with her father, and had everything planned out... when, where, how, what to say, what to wear," Dominic wrote.
The engagement news gained attention after Zendaya was spotted wearing a stunning 5-carat ring at the 2025 Golden Globes, subtly hinting at the couple's new status. While Zendaya was asked directly about the engagement, she responded with a simple shrug and smile, maintaining her typically private nature.
Tom and Zendaya met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, when they played the titular hero and his love interest MJ, respectively. Their romance was confirmed in 2021.
